Wolf Shock Mitigations Systems Ltd was launched at Seawork International Exhibition in June this year, this show being purely for the Marine Industry. We exhibited many different deckings both on land and in situ on 2 different Ribs on the water, a Humber Fisheries Protection Rib and Wolf Shock’s own 5.85 Ribcraft Pro.

We were visited by Delegates from the M.O.D along with several different Country Navy Representatives and arranged for some of them to go out on the Ribs to try out our Decking first hand out on the water. We only received very good feed back upon their return.

We also arranged for the owner of Parker Ribs to try out our Decking and as he was impressed he suggested the Rib he had donated to the 999 Round Britain Challenge team should also benefit from our unique system. The only problem was that their Rib was leaving Poole, Dorset, the next day and the next possible meeting point for us would be Whitby, Yorkshire. So we set to and made the Deck to fit their Rib and took it up to Whitby Life Boat Station, where we met various members of the team and the Whitby Life Boat staff. If you refer to the 999 Round Britain Challenge Facebook page you will see that the team only had good things to say about the effectiveness of our decking.

We were very pleased with the overall response we had from visitors to our stand who also tried our decking on the floor and feel very confident of receiving orders in the future.

We are hopefully showing our Decking on some Ribs at the Southampton Boat Show in September and once details are confirmed we will post the information on our Facebook Page and here on the website.
